Depression and anxiety ongoing problem for years think I may be bipolar

My mental health has been all over the place since i was 17, im now 28. I take 37.5mg Venlafaxine a day. i thought i was doing really well being on the lowest dose but ive been thinking about it recently, i sleep until whenever i can, i have no evergy, i dont enjoy doing anything whatsoever and my mood swings can just change at the flick of a switch. ive been thinking im maybe bipolar, i dont want to go to my doctor because i actually think she will say im just being stupid. i can be okish one minute then a raging lunatic the next. help!!
