Feeling pain in around belly button, back and ribs

I am 24 year old. 6month before i started pain in my stomach doctor took many blood test, stool test but everything was normal. but i was still feeling main in above the belly button and around the belly button. Doctor told me that I have Ibs. but i was getting pain in above belly button. After some test I was diagnosed with H. pylori acid. i done with the course and last 2 week i was seeing burning sensation on my stomach toward throat. Doctor took me famotidine. its help me and now not feeling any acid reflux. but last 3 to 4 days i am seeing soft stool with little mucus in my stool. And also feeling tight chest ( i do 1 week gym then leave) and back pain. when i press my belly button i will pain or tight. i don't know what is going on. i am soo worried.

    i was/is having pain around my bellybutton too and after a colonoscopy and endoscopy I was diagnosed with h-pylori. i have not taken any medications yet.
