Friend cannot afford prescription - Help

Good morning Community

Really anxious for some honest advice here.

I have a friend who I met in December.

She has ADHD.

For about 2 years she has had monthly private prescription for the following

Dexamphetamine sulphate 5mg x 3 (three times daily) total 45mg per day and lisdexamfetamine 30mg (once daily) and Xanax 500micrograms (once nightly)

This costs £320 PCM.

She lost her job post covid and is on UC.

She cannot afford the prescription.

The consequences of not taking medication are quite serious.

Are NHS 111 able to or obliged prescribe on an emergency basis?

Without wanting to be at all conftontationa l what is the general approach to someone who has an established prescription chsjn for years but can no longer afford it?

Please would be grateful for no " Speak to your GP" type of reply.

Many thanks
