I've tried everything, any other advice

I have been following this site and going through all the discussions and have found no relief. I have tried suppositories of coconut oil and kefir milk. I changed my diet for about 2-3 months. I use vitamin c with rosehips. I have used clindesse for 7 days. I take a multitude of vitamins including vitamin D, B-12 complex, mult-vitmain and fish oil. I also take oil of oregano, tumeric and fermented black garlic. I am currently taking a 150 billion probiotic in the morning and 2 100 billion probiotic for lunch and dinner. Ive also stuck a probiotic up in my vag. Nothing seems to work for me. Does anyone have any other advice besides what I named or some combinations of things I should be taking? I want to have a baby, I'm 30 and I'm about to just give up and be single for the rest of my life.

I've tried the rephreshe soap and probiotic in addition to taking another feminine probiotic. I've been diagnosed twice and the medication cleared it up but my next period it was back. I got it manageable but steroid injections flared it back up again. I'm just aa frustrated as you are. Have you tried the soaps and insertables from rephresh?

No I wasnt aware that rephresh had a soap. are you in the USA? I've never seen that product. I've tried the rephresh vag gel. It doesn't help me at all. I know in Europe they say its been used to cure BV but not sure how they are using it to do so, havent seen a site with that info on it.

    Hi there

Wow! You do seem to be having a very hard time. Especially as you are doing quite a lot to help yourself. If you are doing the basics such as avoiding processed foods and sugary drinks and the main allergens that can cause all sorts of issues in the body such as gluten, dairy, peanuts, soy, even eggs etc. There could also be a hidden food allergy/intolerance that isn't on the list. If not, you could also look into other issues preventing your body for getting back into balance such as your hormones. Good luck, I really hope you get to the bottom of things. I am 37 soon and I'm yet to have any children due to my health going downhill too. Just trying to figure it out myself

You might wanna have an allergy panel done? You could have a food intolerance that is causing problems. also natural beauty bar is an awesome ph balanced soap i use daily! i keep coconut oil in my shower for everyday also. im sure your wearing cotton but I also reccomend making sure you use only detergent for sensitve skin cuz it could be an allergic reaction to that too.

also i didn't see you mention boric acid. I ended up having to use that for a long time but i think that helped me a lot.

I havent had an allergy panel done. But im starting to notice that when i eat certain food the bottom of my foot itches like crazy, which would indicate im allergic to something. I ordered yeast arrest as it has boric acid in it and it helped me in the past. But im scared to just use boric acid. A lot of women have said it makes them bleed, makes them dry and it really doesn't help get rid of it just rreat the symptoms. How do you use the coconut oil? I make suppositories but doesnt help me at all.
