Swimming with cellulitis and swollen leg

I suffer from cellulitis and had another outbreak this week this week in my leg and its know inflamed and swollen

I love swimming as an exercise and the doctor always says it's good for my leg which gets swollen when I have cellulitis

Question. how long should I leave it until I start swimming again. Once I have finished the antibiotics? while it's still inflamed with antibiotics? any advice would be appreciated
